We’re excited to announce Dentistry with a Touch of Art/ Rawa Dental Sleep Medicine will be opening our second location in Johnstown that will exclusively focus on airway-centric dental care — and we’re looking for the right person to join our team!

Our office offers:
• Oral appliance therapy for sleep apnea
• Pediatric airway expansion
• Snoring relief treatments

Now Hiring: Front Office Team Member

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment and enjoys both structure and variety.

Key Responsibilities:
• Preparing patient charts & coordinating care
• Obtaining prior authorizations
• Creating treatment plans based on insurance benefits
• Scheduling and managing patient flow
• Insurance billing, claims submission, and follow-up
• Answering phones and supporting patient communication
• General administrative support (mail, organization, etc.)

Who We’re Looking For:
• Self-motivated with strong initiative
• Quick learner who adapts easily
• Team-oriented, yet confident working independently
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Positive, professional, and upbeat demeanor

Medical or dental insurance experience is preferred, but not required.

Computer experience required.

Must have open availability Monday-Thursday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM (with potential for future Friday hours).

Lip and tongue ties can cause problems with sleep, feeding and speaking at any age. Dr Richard Baxter published the functional improvements after a tongue tie release as an 83% improvement with sleep, 89% speech improvement and 83% improvement with solid food feeding. Our frenectomies are producing similar results.
