Instructions: Veneer/ Veneerlay #16-26 & 36-46 (24 unit); Material: Lisi Press; shade: BL3-bright (like the Cathy Baker case) and with only very mild translucency; Stump: ND1-2

Scan File Information: Two temp scans have been sent:
_ 1 scan from the day of preparation.
_ 1 scan from the review appointment (but teeth #14-16 were broken).
=> Please use the “review” scan as the basis (as the gingiva has healed), but you must check the “day of prep” scan to see the shape of teeth #14-16.

Design Instructions:
_ Please build out the mesial-facial of teeth #12 and #22, as teeth #11 and #21 are too prominent.
_ Build out tooth #13 to be thicker (more facially) but maintain the same symmetrical shape as #23.
_ Build out teeth #14, #15, and #16. (Please check the “day of prep” temp scan for their shape, as they were broken in the review scan).
_ Dr need a stable and even occlusion on the 4s, 5s, and 6s.
_ Add canine guidance or group function.
