This patient presented with several significant orthodontic challenges:
• 100% overbite 🦷

• Narrow arches
• Significant crowding of the front teeth
• Upper central incisors tipped back toward the tongue
• Upper lateral incisors flared forward
• Back teeth tipped inward toward the tongue
We treated this case with Invisalign® aligners and orthodontic elastics. The aligners were used to straighten and level the teeth and develop the arches, while the elastics helped correct the Class II relationship and overjet. ✨
