🌟 Staff Spotlight: Meet Devyn! 🌟
For over 11 years, Devyn has been an important part of the Conestoga Oral Surgery team, working alongside Dr. Andrew Heise as a surgical assistant. Devyn attributes her long tenure at Conestoga to her strong partnership with Dr. Heise, whose compassionate approach to patient care inspires her daily. She treasures our supportive culture and close-knit team, which make Conestoga feel like family.

A few of Devyn’s favorite things include:
🎲 Game nights with family and friends
⛷️ Skiing: Her love of the sport began when her husband taught her in her early twenties. Now, the whole family enjoys hitting the slopes together!
🧸 Squishy collecting: She and her daughter enjoy hunting for new Squishy toys to add to their collection

FACES OF THE FUTURE

The future of dentistry doesn’t belong to a generation. It belongs to those willing to keep moving forward.

Today, the American Academy of Robotic and Digital Dentistry is proud to recognize AARDD member Dr. Daniel P. Henrichsen, DMD, of Conestoga Oral Surgery, as one of our Faces of the Future.

Dr. Henrichsen is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon whose career has been defined by advanced surgical training, service, and an enduring commitment to clinical excellence.

After earning his DMD from Temple University, he completed an oral and maxillofacial surgery internship at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, followed by his four-year OMS residency at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. During his residency, he also began serving our country as an oral and maxillofacial surgeon in the U.S. Army Reserve.

But what makes Dr. Henrichsen a Face of the Future isn’t simply where he has been.

It’s where he is going.

His clinical interests include dental implant surgery, tissue regeneration, and outpatient anesthesia—and he continues to pursue advanced education in computer-guided and computer-aided oral surgery.

That mindset matters.

Because the dividing line in dentistry is increasingly not between younger and older clinicians, general dentists and specialists, or early adopters and established practitioners.

It is between those who are satisfied with how dentistry has always been done—and those determined to discover what comes next.
