Because of my coaching with Mia Moran in the morning, I was able to redirect my energy to be more present with Bella while doing work. “Mothers teach their children by doing the things they love.

Things opened up for us to do the Sacred geometry class with Michael Shankara. Bella was very lucky to get a personal lesson from him. I cannot speak enough of Michaels patients and wisdom!

She’s really into Krishna because of these YouTube videos. Michael took advantage of this and made the class more catered to her to draw the eye of Krishna.

He knew he had to ground her in the very beginning with some breath, work and music.

Logic said stay home — my intuition packed the tent and drove us to Arapaho Valley Ranch, a Hipcamp

There were twists and turns, but showing up present invited massive shifts: solutions, deep community, and the very possibilities I set as our intention — the perfect check for Bella, Kimmy, Kai and me.

Kimmy and I keep this trip tradition to teach the girls to connect with Mother Earth and her medicines; when she said, “Mothering is teaching your kids to do what you love,” I knew it was time to cross the bridge into being a muse — to help others find their Muse, in their own way.

Behind the scenes: clearing a home stuck in 2017 energy — it’s so much more than smudging. I reset the radio tower so that invitations for new relationships, creativity, hosting and travel could come to her; we shared a tea ceremony and a little face reading, then picked up all the old energy and transmuted it so new things could flow in. The space is now a quiet, humming magnet ready for community and possibility.
