There’s more to what I do than just body contouring. 👏

Every service and modality I offer has a different purpose — from fat reduction & skin tightening, to metal therapy, plasma showers for anti-aging, and ultrasound therapy incorporated into post-op care.

It’s not about using every tool on every client. It’s about knowing which modality to use, when to use it, and what we’re trying to accomplish.

That’s why my treatments aren’t one-size-fits-all. Your goals determine the approach. 💙

LOOK AT HER STOMACH… NOW LET ME TELL YOU WHY THAT MATTERS. 👀

First things first: this is after ONE session with me.

I never touched her stomach.
I never worked the front of her legs.
We ONLY focused on the back of her legs.

When I body contour, I target one specific area at a time using different modalities based on what that body needs. But throughout my technique, I incorporate lymphatic drainage — so although we’re focusing on ONE area, the whole body can benefit from the lymphatic stimulation.

That can help move temporary fluid retention and reduce that overall puffy, swollen appearance — which is why you may notice changes in areas I DIDN’T EVEN DIRECTLY TREAT. 👏🏼

And THIS is a perfect example.

Her stomach wasn’t treated.
The front of her legs weren’t treated.
And again… this was her FIRST session. 🔥

I’m not trying to do everything everywhere all at once. We target. We focus. We use the right modalities. And I let my technique do what it does. 👑

One of my most frequently asked questions: Do the results last & how do I maintain them? 👀

The answer? This is a group effort. 🤝

I can do my part when you’re on my table, but what you do in between your sessions matters too. Your water intake, movement, nutrition, following your post-care instructions—all of it plays a role in maintaining your results.

And maintenance doesn’t mean you need to see me every week forever. Make me part of your self-care routine. Whether that’s once a month, every other month, or every few months depending on your body and your goals.

I help create the results. We maintain them together. 💙
