We have sent out letters informing you that we will be officially going “out of network” with Delta-Dental and MetLife insurance. Even though we are going out of network, you may remain as a patient here. This does not mean you won’t have coverage, but that your coverage percent may change. We encourage you to check directly with your insurance and we are here to assist you with any questions you may have.
