We see it all. For unknown reasons this tooth is resorbing in a healthy 78 years old patient. There are no other symptoms. All her other teeth are pristine. Pristine aka no crowns or even fillings ever! We will watch it for now. It’s good to know and plan ahead, nonetheless.
This is why we take x-rays in dentistry.
