The family practice is owned and operated by Dr. Preston Cutbirth and Dr. Jonathan Sanderson, both residents and active members of the Magnolia community since the 1970s. At Cutbirth and Sanderson, we realize that our greatest assets are the relationships we have with our patients. Building trust is essential to those relationships and we encourage questions from our patients. We only recommend services and procedures that are vital to your excellent dental health. We respect our patient’s time and resources. Cutbirth, Sanderson and staff make every effort to keep patients to their appointment schedules. The staff only schedules one patient at a time to each provider. Cutbirth and Sanderson never sacrifice quality over fees, but they do make every effort to maintain high quality dental care affordable for patients especially when health care costs are spiraling out-of control. As family dentists, we begin seeing children at age two and provide general dentistry services throughout their life time. From children to seniors, our family of patients has become our extended family. We hope you will become a part of our family as well. 🧌 Troll Hunt: Complete Chaos

POV: You work in a dental office and someone tells you there are tiny trolls hidden everywhere… naturally, productivity went out the window. 😂🧌

The trolls were hidden. The rules were questionable. The competitiveness was REAL. 😂

We laughed, we searched, we accused each other of suspicious behavior, and we may or may not have crawled into places we never thought we'd look. 💀 From suspiciously innocent coworkers to the most creative hiding spots, the Troll Hunt brought out ALL the chaos.

For a little while, we weren't dental professionals… we were TROLL HUNTERS. 🧌🏆😂

After huddle and before the patients arrived, we took a little time to step away from the daily routine, have some fun, and laugh together. It was the perfect morale booster and reminder that we're not just coworkers — we're a team. 💚

Definitely one for the books — and honestly, 10/10 would hunt tiny trolls again. 🧌✨

Yesterday we celebrated some anniversaries. These four are a big part of our dream team!

Dr. Goff has been here for 5 years. He is such most caring, funny and knowledgeable doctor. He is our team’s number one cheerleader and a huge reason why we are as successful as we are.

Adrianna has been here 7 years! Adrianna is our lead DA and Dr. Goffs assistant. She is the truly a blessing to have around. She is everything you would imaging a leader would look like. She is always the first one to help out when someone needs help with scanning, X-rays, sterile, IT, you name it she’s there!

Courtney has been with us 1 year, she is our insurance mastermind! She has drastically brought down our insurance and patient AR the year she has been here and knows all the ins and outs of all things insurance and has successfully helped everyone up front get insurance verified and is always willing to help anyone and everyone!

Brittany has been here 1 year and is my hygiene coordinator! This girl works non stop keeping our schedule full! The cancellations work hard but she works harder! She is constantly working on the schedule and it has never looked better since she has been on our team. Brittany is so cool, kind and collected and it shows with how she cares for our patients!
