Waikiki Health is a family of medical and social service locations, with facilities in Waikiki, Kaka`ako, Kaimuki, and the McCully-Moiliili area. In addition to medical, dental, optometry and pharmacy services, we offer specialized shelter services for Oahu’s homeless individuals, an HIV Early Intervention program, behavioral health and traditional Hawaiian healing practices.

From Sept. 1 to 30, use your Maika`i Card to support Waikiki Health through Foodland’s Give Aloha Program. Visit any Foodland, Sack N Save or Foodland Farms store, provide our Organization ID Code # 77137 to the cashier when you check-out, and show your support for Waikiki Health with your tax-deductible donation, up to $249. Waikiki Health will receive 100% of all donations given to our organization. Foodland will match a portion of customer donations up to a total of $300,000. Amounts exceeding $300,000 will be distributed among all participating organizations.

Donations in the form of cash, check, or credit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and JCB) will be accepted. No Maika`i Card? You may establish one at check-out.
Donors’ names will not be disclosed to participating organizations. To receive a written acknowledgement of your donation from Waikiki Health, ask for a duplicate receipt at check-out and submit the receipt to Waikiki Health (Attn: M. Lohman, Interim CEO/Director of Marketing and Development, Waikiki Health 277 Ohua Ave., Honolulu, HI 96815.

This year, local artist Suzanne Jennerich has designed colorful Give Aloha merchandise, which will be available in stores. A portion of merchandise proceeds will be added to the Give Aloha Matching Gifts fund to increase Foodland’s assistance to all participating organizations.

On Thursday, August 13, volunteers from Enterprise Holdings came to Keauhou to spread a little extra aloha to our shelter residents!

Thanks to a portion of a $3,000 grant from Enterprise Mobility™ Giving, volunteers spent the day assembling hygiene kits with plenty of smiles and aloha. Once completed, the kits were distributed to residents at our Keauhou Shelter to enjoy and put to good use.

We’re grateful to Enterprise Holdings for their generosity and for bringing their time, energy, and helping hands to our community. Mahalo for helping us make a meaningful difference for our Keauhou residents! @.mobility

Waikiki Health provides optometry services at our Makahiki Clinic located in the McCuly-Moiliili neighborhood. As with all our services at Waikiki Health, optometry is available to clients with private insurance, those who have low incomes, patients with Medicaid and Medicare, those who are uninsured, and those clients who face other barriers to maintaining vision health such as homelessness.
