3-month healing update following an upper All-on-X case 🦷

At this stage, the implants have successfully progressed through the healing phase and the patient is ready to return to our restorative colleague to continue treatment and complete the final prosthesis.

This is an important step in the process — and these are not the final teeth just yet. The final restoration will be completed during the next phase of treatment.

Restoring the foundation before restoring the smile.

This case involved bone and soft tissue grafting to correct an esthetic gingival defect prior to implant placement.

By addressing the underlying hard- and soft-tissue deficiencies first, we were able to establish a healthier, more stable and esthetically appropriate foundation for the future implant restoration.

**Before & After | Gingival Lesion Biopsy 🦷**

Clinical before-and-after following the removal and biopsy of a gingival lesion associated with #9. Histopathologic evaluation confirmed the lesion was a **pyogenic granuloma**, which was completely excised and treated.

Early evaluation of abnormal oral lesions is important for proper diagnosis and treatment. 🩺🦷
