This patient already had beautiful, healthy teeth. Her goal wasn’t a completely different smile—it was refinement. She wanted greater harmony and balance while preserving the character that made her smile unique.
She was born missing her two lateral incisors, with orthodontic treatment positioning the canines into their place—a complex foundation that required thoughtful planning. The surrounding teeth were naturally smaller, creating an imbalance in the proportions of her smile.
