In my experience, retention is often affected more by everyday habits than by the gem itself

Here are a few things to keep in mind:

・If you’re someone who bites your nails, chews on pens, or opens packages with your teeth, your gem is under extra stress every day. 😬

・Be mindful when eating. Biting directly into hard foods with your front teeth can shorten the life of your gem.

・Some gem designs are naturally more durable than others. Larger clusters or designs that sit where your teeth frequently make contact may require a little more care.

・Brush and floss daily to keep the area healthy, and avoid picking at the gem with your fingers or tongue.
