Typical impacted wisdom tooth. 88% of people around the world don’t have enough room for their wisdom teeth to erupt. If not removed it can lead to decay on the adjacent tooth(2 nd molar) and/or bone loss. Typically it takes one hour to have all four of your wisdom teeth extracted under general anesthesia.

5o yo male patient presented with a mass in his left maxilla(upper jaw). X-ray showed a large mass in his left maxilla measuring over 3 cm. The area will be biopsied under general anesthesia.
