So grateful to be featured on the cover of Kern Family Magazine! 🙏

When I came to Bakersfield and took over Kids First Dentistry, my goal was bigger than just fixing teeth. I wanted to create a place where kids could actually LOVE going to the dentist — where they feel safe, have fun, laugh, and leave with a smile. 🦁🛡️✨

Seeing our mission recognized in our community means so much to me. None of this happens without my amazing team, the families who trust us with their children, and everyone in Bakersfield who has welcomed and supported us.

Most importantly, ALL GLORY TO GOD. 🙏❤️ Every opportunity, every open door, every family we get to serve — I know where my blessings come from.

Some people think dentistry is about fixing teeth.

But every day, I’m reminded that it’s really about people.

Less than two months ago, Kids First Dentistry became more than a business to me—it became a promise. A promise to create a place where children feel safe, where parents feel heard, and where every team member knows they’re valued.

Every smile we restore…
Every child who overcomes their fear…
Every parent who leaves saying, “That was the best dental experience we’ve ever had…”

None of it happens because of one person.

It happens because of this team.

The assistants who hold tiny hands.
The front office who welcomes every family with kindness.
The hygienists who educate with patience.
The people who stay late, lift each other up, and give their hearts to every child who walks through our doors.

Today’s surprise wasn’t about the gift bags.

It was about saying thank you.

Thank you for believing in a vision that’s bigger than dentistry.
Thank you for choosing compassion when it’s hard.
