Meet Trinity! Trinity received her prosthesis this summer, and we're so happy to share another exciting moment in her journey!

When her original socket wasn't performing quite the way we wanted, we knew we could do better. At Warren Prosthetic Labs, our commitment to our patients doesn't stop when they walk out the door. We stand behind our work and believe everyone deserves a prosthesis they can feel comfortable and confident in.

🦿 Is Your Socket Still Fitting Properly?

Your body changes over time, and your prosthetic socket may need to change with it!

Changes in limb volume, weight fluctuations, and everyday activity can all affect how your prosthesis fits. Even a socket that once felt perfect may eventually need adjustments.
Here are a few signs that it's time to have your socket checked:
🔹 New pressure points, redness, or skin irritation
🔹 Discomfort or pain while wearing your prosthesis
🔹 Your limb moving or slipping inside the socket
🔹 Changes in balance or stability when walking
🔹 Needing to add more socks than usual to maintain a comfortable fit

Substance abuse can have life-changing consequences, including complications that can lead to limb loss. Drug-related infections, damage to blood vessels, and restricted blood flow can sometimes result in amputations.
