So my new helper sure has grown a lot in the last 11 weeks. That dad life is amazing. He even come to float teeth with me. I am fortunate to have such amazing clients that just love to help with him, so I can stay focused on the horse. My absolute amazing wife!!! She truly blows me away everyday with how amazing of a mother she is becoming.

Now that we are warming up and start to get that sprint time shedding going, now is a great time to get your equine partners teeth checked.

Once a year is a great way to keep your horses teeth in great shape.
If you are starting to see the below signs

🌞 bad Oder from the mouth
🌞 trouble with the bit
🌞 weight loses
🌞 issues while under saddle

Well if you all didn't know, my beautiful wife was not a horse girl when we started dating. Even though our first road trip together was to Palo Duro Canyon State Park in the panhandle of Texas with horses and camping off grid in my horses trailer. She had only been on a less than a handful of times before that. She did great on a friends dead broke horse.
She was bit that day by the horse girl bug. Over the last 2 years she has asked for a good dead broke horse of her own. Well then found out we were pregnant with our beautiful baby boy so we waited.

So everyone welcome Mil the Dun to the Rockin JC family and Keelys very first horse. He is a retired rope horse and gentle and sweet.

Well this was a great weekend spent with fellow Equine dentist. Attending the IEAD conference. Being a Certified Equine dental practitioner we must complete continuing education and training. Got to introduce the newest addition to the Rockin JC family our son Jasper had a blast at the Galla with my beautiful wife.

Well in typical fashion my son finally arrived only 10 days past his due date! Momma was so amazing and I couldn't ask for a more perfect mother to my son. Welcome Jasper Loren Craig. Came in to this world at 7:18 pm on the 24th of Jan @ 9 lbs 5oz and just over 21" long and some massive feet already.

Hope everybody's ready for this winter storm coming, if you bring your horses in make sure they have constant feed. It helps with their teeth grind and it helps. Keep them from getting ulcers. Make sure they have water scary part about this one is they might get wet then it gets cold so try to keep them dry if you can and if we're lucky the storm will bring around our new baby boy

For all those that have been asking when I'll be traveling back up to the Pacific Northwest we are looking to be there the first two weeks of June as a new family of three. This year I will be requiring a deposit for any horses that need to work done up there. The deposit needs to be paid in May.
