When most patients come in, we don’t start with what we see — we start with what you see.
We ask simple questions like:
What do you love about your smile?
What do you wish you could change?
What are your goals?
Because cosmetic dentistry is never one-size-fits-all. It’s personal.
For this patient, concerns included staining, cavities between the teeth, worn edges from grinding, and overall discoloration. But before anything cosmetic was addressed, the focus was first on restoring health and function — building a strong, stable foundation for the smile to come.
From there, we transitioned into a fully customized cosmetic plan, using a digital workflow and temporary “trial smile” crowns so the patient could actually live in the new design before finalizing anything. This step allows us to fine-tune details like length, bite, symmetry, and how the smile moves with the face — because it has to look natural not just in photos, but in real life.
The result? A smile that felt natural, balanced, and completely her — even if it took a moment for her (and her family) to believe it was really possible.
