Nora is a key part of our front desk team, greeting patients, answering calls, and helping with any concerns that come up along the way. A native El Pasoan, she graduated from Coronado High School and later attended Texas State University before joining Redd Road Family Dental back in May 2008. Outside the office, Nora loves movies, music, cooking, sports events, traveling, and catching up with friends over a cup of coffee. Her favorite part of the job is simple, making sure every patient has a wonderful experience.

Dr. Gross was born and raised in Kansas City before heading to Texas for his undergraduate degree at TCU, later earning his DDS at UT Health San Antonio, where he also met his wife, Amanda. They moved to her hometown of El Paso, and Dr. Gross has loved getting to know this community ever since. When he's not in the office, you'll likely find him on the golf course or spending quality time with his wife and kids.
