Note from Dr. Glover and Angela: We are overjoyed to introduce to you our new associate Dr. Sheikh. To say she is an asset to our dental practice is an understatement. Not only is she intelligent, skilled and knowledgeable as a dentist, Dr. Sheikh is humble, kind and gentle with all her patients. We are very blessed to have her on our team.

Dr. Sheikh has been practicing dentistry for over 14 years. She previously owned and operated a successful dental practice in Morrisville, NC, for nearly nine years. She is now proud to be a part of Providence Family Dentistry and enjoys collaborating with Dr. Glover and his team.
A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Dentistry, Dr. Sheikh pursued both a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) and a Master of Science in Operative Dentistry. Her passion for research and academia led her to conduct extensive studies on dental materials, resulting in two published papers focused on composite resins and their adhesive properties. During her postgraduate work, she was honored with the Ann & G. Randolph Babcock Fellowship Award, providing additional funding for her research.
Dr. Sheikh’s clinical interests lie in esthetic rehabilitation and smile reconstruction, helping patients regain confidence and a renewed outlook on life. As an adjunct assistant professor at UNC School of Dentistry, she dedicated herself to mentoring dental students, guiding them in developing the clinical skills essential to their future success.
Originally from Wisconsin, Dr. Sheikh has called North Carolina home for the past 20 years. Outside of dentistry, she enjoys running, barre workouts, art, reading, and spending time with her husband, son, and daughter.
