We loved having Amarin spend time with us at Kids Camp & Co. Pediatric Dentistry this summer! 🏕️🦷 Amarin is a third-year student at CU Boulder studying Biochemistry with a Chemistry minor on the pre-dental track. Her interest in dentistry first began during a forensic anthropology class, and after shadowing across several dental specialties, she was drawn to the unique combination of science, artistry, education, and the meaningful relationships dentists build with their patients.
During her time with us, Amarin shared how much she enjoyed seeing the importance of prevention and dental education starting from a child’s very first teeth—and, of course, she appreciated our camping-themed approach to making kids feel comfortable at the dentist! Outside of school, she loves hiking and camping, tennis, creating art, building LEGOs, and attending concerts (she’ll have seen Harry Styles live six times by October! 🎶). We’ve truly enjoyed getting to know Amarin and are grateful to have played a small part in her pre-dental journey. We can’t wait to see where dentistry takes her! 💚
