Holly Spreitzer is a dynamic professional whose diverse career spans rodeo, emergency services, education, and large-scale event leadership. Rooted deeply in Colorado’s western heritage, she has built a distinguished reputation for excellence both in and out of the arena.
Her rodeo journey includes roles as a National Finals Rodeo Flag Horse Groom, working behind the chutes with the esteemed CERVI Championship Rodeo Company, and riding with the Rodeo Houston Pivot Team. Holly has proudly served as a Rodeo Queen for the Larimer County Sheriff’s Posse and the Rooftop Rodeo, and was a three-time finalist for Miss Rodeo Colorado, earning the title of Miss Congeniality twice. She continues to foster the next generation of rodeo ambassadors as the Rooftop Rodeo Royalty Coordinator and serves on both the Mountain States Circuit Finals Rodeo Flag Team and the Larimer County Rodeo Flag Team.
Outside the rodeo arena, Holly demonstrates strong leadership in education and public safety. She is an Instructor at Aims Community College, a certified EMT and former firefighter, and actively engages in community safety initiatives.
Her event management expertise shines in winter sports as the Race Director for the Estes Park Skijor, where she blends operational skill with her passion for western culture. Additionally, Holly enhances community connection through her work in social media.
Whether coordinating rodeo royalty, managing complex event logistics, supporting emergency response, or proudly carrying the flag, Holly Spreitzer embodies professionalism, determination, and the enduring spirit of the West.
