What a weekend in Frisco! 🏈

USOSM partner surgeons spent two days learning from Dr. Bach Le during The Complete Full Arch Playbook, focused on building a predictable, profitable and scalable full-arch system.

From immediacy to zygomatics, pterygoids and patient-specific implants, the course explored advanced techniques, digital workflows and strategies for scaling full-arch care across multiple offices.

Continuing education, a tour of the Dallas Cowboys training facility and dinner at the Cowboys Club? Not a bad way to spend a weekend!

Continuing education with one goal: better implant care.

44 USOSM partner practices recently came together with Nobel Biocare to host hundreds of dental hygienists and dentists for Part 1 of our two-part Dental Hygiene Series with Lynn Pencek, RDH, MS.

The first session, "It Depends! Answers to Your Dental Implant Questions," tackled the nuance behind implant care — why recommendations shift based on individual risk factors and peri-implant tissue status. Attendees walked away with practical, evidence-based tools: customizing recare protocols, sharpening implant probing technique, and evaluating treatment options for compromised implants.

This is what partnership looks like — between referring practices and the surgical teams who partner with them — elevating patient care across the board. Huge thanks to every practice and hygiene team who joined us.

We’re proud to share that Momenta Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery, led by Dr. John Salek-Raham and Dr. Emad Abdou, has earned AAAHC accreditation and is now recognized as a USOSM Center of Excellence.

Founded in 2023, the USOSM Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Centers of Excellence program is the first of its kind. The program recognizes USOSM partner practices that consistently demonstrate superior patient care and clinical excellence, while encouraging a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

AAAHC accreditation is the final step in achieving the USOSM Center of Excellence designation.

“We always strive to provide our patients with the highest levels of quality care,” said Dr. Salek-Raham. “Programs like this can enable us to do that on an even deeper level, and that’s something we’re all excited about.”
