The sudden drops that take your breath away.
The twists, turns, uncertainty, and moments where you question everything.

Every new level demands a new version of you.

💫The climbs test your patience.
💫The drops test your courage.
💫The twists test your resilience.

And somewhere along the ride, you realize the biggest obstacle was never the difficult cases, the circumstances, or the pressure of running a practice…
it was overcoming the fear, doubt, and limits within yourself 💪

This month I’m celebrating 22 years of being a dentist and 17 years as the owner and CEO of Leix Dental!

💫 My journey began with a clear dream: to succeed in healthcare while blending science, artistry, and compassion. Dentistry became the obvious path—and owning my own practice was the natural next step.

From day one, I was committed to creating a dental home where I’d be proud to bring my own family. That meant high-quality care, premium products, and a team that shares my passion for service.

Entrepreneurship isn’t always glamorous. It comes with fires to put out, holidays sacrificed (yes, even Mother’s Day), and tough decisions. But it also means freedom—the ability to be present for my kids when it matters most.

My mission has always been twofold:
🦷To provide exceptional care to our patients & 👊To build a work culture where family-oriented team members thrive.

💫 I believe in investing in my team, in continuing education, and in staying ahead with modern techniques. Our current employees are hand-picked to be here, and it shows in the care we provide.

E M A N A T E ✨

Lately, I haven’t posted very often—When I’m quiet here, it’s usually because I’m immersed in the present: cherishing moments with my family, focusing on self-care, and finding/keeping peace of mind.

The first quarter of 2025 was heavy, both personally and professionally. Yet, with perseverance, persistence, and patience, I navigated through (as I always do).

Now, I’m finally sharing my : Emanate.

To me, Emanate means radiating my authentic self, allowing love, light, and positivity to flow effortlessly from within.

It’s about embracing my unique brilliance unapologetically, inspiring and guiding others, and shining light into areas of my life that need attention and healing.

This year, it’s not just about letting my light shine for others to see a softer side beyond the entrepreneurial intensity. It’s also about ensuring I keep my own light on.

Often, I’m a beacon for others, but during challenging times, I realized the importance of focusing on my own lighthouse—to find my way and keep my light burning.

I’m expanding my knowledge, continuing to serve my patients with newfound insights, and mentoring my team to reignite our passion in a profession facing unprecedented burnout.

Equally important, I’m prioritizing being present for my children during their growth and development, embracing my role as their mother, and being a supportive wife and friend to my husband. These relationships are the foundation of my inner light, and nurturing them ensures that my radiance continues to grow and touch those around me.
