It is with great enthusiasm that we welcome a phenomenal specialist to join our periodontic and implant surgery practice, Dr. Muhammad Takriti.

Dr. Takriti completed his specialty training in Periodontics and Dental Implants at the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC), where he also earned a Master of Oral Sciences. Dr. Takriti is Board-Certified by the American Board of Periodontology and received first-place honors at the Midwest Society of Periodontology Student Research Forum. His commitment to advanced surgical care includes specialized training in LANAP® through Millennium Dental Technologies and advanced osseodensification techniques through the Versah® Osseodensification Academy.

In addition to private practice, Dr. Takriti serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor at UIC. He is passionate about combining sound clinical evidence, advanced technology, and meticulous surgical technique to provide comprehensive, predictable, and patient-centered care.

Dr. Takriti values close communication and collaboration with referring dentists and believes that the best outcomes are achieved through interdisciplinary treatment and close coordination among the dental team.

Outside of dentistry, he enjoys the outdoors, sports, and traveling with his wife, Dana, who is also a dentist.
