Children’s Dental Associates is looking for a friendly, reliable, and organized Front Desk Team Member to join our dental team!

We are looking for someone who:

😊 Loves working with children and families
📞 Has excellent communication and customer service skills
📋 Is organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
💻 Is comfortable learning and using computer systems
🤝 Works well as part of a team
🦷 Previous dental/front desk experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person!
What you’ll be doing:

Welcoming and checking in/out patients
Answering phones and scheduling appointments
Verifying insurance and assisting with patient questions
Collecting payments and maintaining accurate patient accounts
Communicating with parents and our clinical team
Helping keep the front desk running smoothly
We offer a professional, team-oriented, and fast-paced environment where every day is different!

📍 Location: Bozrah/Colchester/East Lyme/Groton
📅 Schedule: Full-time

🎨🦷 Our talented teen artists understood the assignment!:
Draw something that shows how to “ Make Healthy Dental Habits Fun!”

Here are a few drawings from our patients in the 9-13 year old category. We loved seeing all of the creativity, imagination, and smiles shared in our recent drawing contest. Thank you to all of the amazing teenagers who participated and showed off their artistic talents!

April 28th was National Superhero Day, and we celebrated in style! Since we consider our doctors to be our true heroes, many of us chose to dress up as them for the occasion.

Here is the breakdown of our "superhero" colors:

- Pink: Dr. Presti
- Purple: Dr. Fatone
- Yellow: Dr. Ureles
- Green: Dr. Clark
- Silver: Dr. Chen

Special shout-out to Dr. Clark, also known as "Super Duck!"

For three years, we have challenged our patients to draw pictures of healthy dental habits. Since February is Children’s Dental Health Month, it is the perfect time to remind everyone that starting healthy habits young leads to a lifetime of healthy teeth.

Some of these drawings beautifully capture important habits, including:

1. Eating healthy foods.
2. Brush twice a day and floss to fight "cavity bugs."
3. Visiting the dentist regularly and choosing an office that helps children "love the dentist."

Thank you to everyone who participated in our contest this year. While the selection process was difficult, the winners have all been chosen.

If you have not heard from us, your drawing was not selected this year. We encourage you to keep trying, as we plan to hold this contest annually.

We are currently organizing the prizes for our winners. Once everyone has collected their prizes and we have taken photos, we will officially announce the winners.

In the meantime, please enjoy some of the entries from our 0-2 year old group. We will post more entries soon.
