We've missed you!

Our practice is in the process of resuming elective procedures and has instituted temporary hours effective 5/7/20; we will be seeing patients on weekdays from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m. as long as availability of personal protective equipment (PPE) permits.

We have been working around the clock on sourcing PPE and have developed new protocols for the safety of our patients and staff.

Please wear a mask to your scheduled appointment time. You will be required to sanitize your hands, have your temperature taken, and answer a health survey upon entry to our locations. No additional persons are permitted in the clinical areas other than scheduled patients. Additionally, if your treatment room is not yet ready at the time of your arrival, you will be asked to wait outside or in your car until we notify you that the treatment room is ready.

We have temporarily disabled our synchronized "Book Online" feature as our schedule is tentative at this time. Please call the office at (216)524-2499 to schedule an appointment.

Thank you for your understanding, and be well! We look forward to seeing you soon.

Given the uncertainty as to how long our office will be closed for routine visits as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, we would like to remind our patients and the general public to practice excellent dental hygiene techniques over the next few weeks (and always!).

-Thoroughly wash your hands before and after practicing dental hygiene.

-Brush your teeth with a fluoridated toothpaste for two minutes at least twice per day.

-Use a soft toothbrush and angle the bristles at the gum line to remove plaque on the cheek side and tongue side of each tooth.

-Replace your toothbrush if you have been using it longer than 3 months or if the bristles are frayed.

-Floss between each tooth at least once per day

-Rinse with an anticavity mouthrinse (such as ACT or Listerine Zero) after flossing and brushing. Swish with the rinse for 30 seconds, spit, and do not rinse with water after.

-Supervise young children and assist the elderly in practicing dental hygiene. If your loved ones are in a nursing home, please verify with their healthcare team that their teeth are being cleaned.

-Limit the use of sugary beverages and foods, including pop, sweetened iced tea, sports drinks, candy, and sweetened chewing gum.

-If you are sick and using throat lozenges, be sure to use sugar-free lozenges only.

Many dental emergencies are entirely preventable with proper home care. Let’s work together to prevent as many dental emergencies as we can during this period of limited access to dental care.

Stay healthy and keep smiling!

Per the guidelines set forth by the Ohio Dental Association regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, we will be closed the week of March 15th. We have been asked by the Ohio Dental Association to conserve the supply of needed protective equipment and to lower the risk of exposure for our patients and staff. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have an appointment scheduled for this week, you will be contacted to reschedule.

We are monitoring the situation closely and will keep our patients informed of any additional closures as they become necessary.

Thank You.
