Most babies begin teething around 6 months, usually with the bottom front teeth showing up first.

Even before you see them, all 20 baby teeth are already in place beneath the gums. ✨

By about age 3, most children have a full set: 10 top teeth and 10 bottom teeth; helping with chewing, speech, and guiding adult teeth into the right position.

Every child’s timeline is a little different, and that’s completely normal. 💙
