Today is National Root Canal Day!

Most people believe root canals are surgery and very scary because of the "angry tooth" experiences. Root canals have a come a long way and are typically as easy as getting a filling. Root canals are vital because they preserve the natural structure of the mouth. When a tooth is saved instead of pulled, it keeps the surrounding teeth from shifting and prevents bone loss in the jaw. Take a look at these flyers attached. Tiffany is always a pleasure and greets each patient and co-worker with a smile and a story. Her keen detective skills help tackle the toughest of insurance questions. She brings a lot of joy and care in with her interactions with patients and staff. There is never a dull moment and she keeps us all laughing! Mindi is a fun, smart and vibrant office manager, who always has a smile on her face and eager to help any patient or employee that is in need. She can always brighten your darkest days by making you feel loved and valued. She always keeps the people around her smiling and happy. Mindi is always 3 steps ahead when it comes to patient care, tackling patient accounts with ease; all while teaching others new things in the process. Working every with Mindi is a pleasure because she makes coming to work feel more like visiting family than coming to a dental office for both our staff members and patients. Especially because she makes the day sail by smoothly with endless love and care.

On April 15, 2026 , I had a upper tooth crown procedure. It's not first crown but the procedure was complexly painless and I was treated like a Queen. I have been a client of Dr. Bode for many many years- close to 20yr.- I think -and I look forward to my dental appointments because all of the staff are so caring and personal. From the greeting you receive when you first arrive from Mindy to the lovely Dental assistants- Annie and Taylor and the Dental Hygienist Maria you feel welcome and appreciated.. During the procedures your comfort level is constantly assessed and you never feel like the procedure is routine to them. They make a dental visit something you look forward to instead of dreading it.

Happy National Dental Hygienist Week!!!

We have one of the best! If you haven't met Maria as of yet, we can't wait for you too! She cares about her patients by educating them about good overall oral hygiene. She goes above and beyond by explaining in depth when asked a question. Maria makes her patients feel welcome, and even gives them a little concert - she loves to sing along with the music!!!

Did you know........... April is National Oral, Head & Neck Cancer Awareness Month??

When you get your dental check ups, we look for abnormalities in the gum tissue, cheeks, tongue and more. Good oral hygiene helps prevent these cancers as well. You are at higher risk if you smoke and consume alcohol. Please be sure to call if you have any of the symptoms listed below, especially if for extended periods of times! Early detection is the key!!

They are the kindest, most whole hearted people you will ever meet. Our patients actually love coming to see them.
