Did you know a lip or tongue tie could be behind your child's feeding or speech struggles? 💙 A few signs to watch for:
👶 In infants: trouble latching or bottle-feeding, poor weight gain, or fussiness during feeding
🧒 In older children: speech delays, difficulty eating certain foods, or a gap between the front teeth
Dr. Sciortino specializes in gentle lip and tongue tie treatment and can help you find the best next step for your child. If any of these sound familiar, we're here to help! 🦷

October is National Dental Hygiene Month, and healthy habits start young! 🦷✨ Here are our top three tips for building strong dental hygiene in your little ones:
1️⃣ Start flossing as soon as teeth come in; it helps kids get comfortable with the habit early.
2️⃣ Brush at least twice a day, beginning the moment that first tooth appears.
3️⃣ Keep up with dental visits, starting around age 1 or within six months of that first tooth.
Small steps now set the stage for a lifetime of healthy smiles! 💙
