Good morning, ladies and gentlemen, and hello to all my fellow hygienists in upstate New York! I hope everyone is having a wonderful Wednesday.
I am excited to officially announce that I am the Director of Training and Operations for Sharpen Your Edge!
For those who may not know, we are a premier dental instrument sharpening company handling all hygiene and doctor instruments that can be sharpened. We are incredibly proud of our highly convenient mail-in service, which features a fast, two-day turnaround to keep your practice moving seamlessly.

I was asked to do an assignment. I was to pick a picture of my current mood . I picked this picture. Then I was asked to give a narrative and this is what I came up with…….
“What you see is not defeat; it is the visual record of enduring the heaviest rounds life has thrown. I am weary, yes, and I am battling in arenas most can only imagine. But this exhausted gaze and battered resolve is the evidence that I keep getting up. It is the result of standing firm, round after round, while others have the luxury of observing from the sidelines. Do not mistake my silence for vulnerability. Every scar is a tactical reinforcement. I have faced and endured worse. I will continue to hold my ground, lift my weight, and protect my peace. I am not to be shaken.”
I didn’t submit it. Why? Because, to me, the message wouldn’t have been received the way it should be.
Remember. When you decide that you’re going to judge somebody and see fault in them or criticize them please remember you have no idea of what they’re going through. But also remember that there’s some people you could throw everything at them and they will never waiver.. be humble, be understanding. Because you never know what that person is going through.

A New Chapter of Faith ✨
Today, my heart is incredibly full as I share a significant milestone in my spiritual journey. I was baptized into the Christian faith, a moment that feels like a beautiful homecoming.
My path to this day has been long and diverse. Many of you know that I was baptized Roman Catholic as a child, and at another point in my life, I found deep value in practicing Nichiren Buddhism. I want to be clear that I am not denouncing either of those chapters. They were important pieces of the person I am today, and I carry the lessons from those traditions with me.
However, at this moment in my life, I have found that my journey into the Christian faith serves my spirit to the fullest. It has brought a sense of peace and purpose that is difficult to put into words.
I feel so humbled and honored that my good friend, Mark Kimball, was the one to baptize me. Mark, thank you for walking beside me and introducing me to this life-changing journey with Jesus Christ. Having you lead me through this was a gift I’ll never forget.
Sharing this day with Jess made everything complete. To have that kind of support and love present during such a sacred moment is a blessing I don’t take for granted.
I’m stepping forward with a grateful heart, a renewed spirit, and so much joy for what’s to come. 🕊️🙌

want to take a second to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the kind words you guys have been sending my way. It truly means the world to me.
Lately, a few people have asked why I’ve been posting so many new photos of myself or sharing my life in the sun. I want to be clear: I’m not looking for praise, and I’m definitely not looking for attention.
The truth is, I spent so many years being completely miserable. I’m sharing these moments now because I am finally, freaking happy. I’m happy with myself, and I’m happy with my life. After everything, I just want to celebrate this feeling and share that joy with all of you.
I’m so grateful for every one of you. Please have a wonderful weekend and stay safe! ❤️🥰‼️ 💕

TRAUMA IS A LIAR.
It tells you you’re broken. It whispers that your past defines you. It says you can never be whole.
Look at this image. This is STRENGTH 💪🏼‼️This is grit. This is the physical manifestation of resilience. Every rep is a middle finger to the ghosts of relationships that only knew how to take.
We carry the weight of things that NO LONGER SERVE US. We hold onto pain as if it’s a necessary part of who we are. It’s not. It’s a cancer, and it’s time to cut it out.
The toxic partners? Put them to bed.
The moments you let someone else write your value? Put them to bed.
The narrative that your struggle is your limit? RIP 🪦
The ONLY thing from the past worth holding onto is the lesson. Leave the rest where it belongs.
