This patient presented with **severe tooth wear, interproximal decay, and a collapsed bite**. In just one appointment, we restored 10 posterior teeth with **same-day, 3D-printed restorations**.

And no—these are **not temporaries**. These restorations are made from a **high–porcelain-content printed material**, designed as onlay/crown restorations and adhesively bonded with resin cement.

🦷 Back to the Basics.
In a world where full-coverage crowns are often the default, it’s worth remembering that not every tooth needs one.
This tooth had an aging amalgam restoration—but the remaining tooth structure was healthy and strong. Rather than removing additional healthy enamel for a crown, we chose a direct composite restoration that preserved as much natural tooth as possible.
The best dentistry isn’t always the biggest dentistry.
It’s about:
