🦷 Back to the Basics.
In a world where full-coverage crowns are often the default, it’s worth remembering that not every tooth needs one.
This tooth had an aging amalgam restoration—but the remaining tooth structure was healthy and strong. Rather than removing additional healthy enamel for a crown, we chose a direct composite restoration that preserved as much natural tooth as possible.
The best dentistry isn’t always the biggest dentistry.
It’s about:
