We hold true to the idea that a patient’s first dental experience shapes their behavior and attitude towards dental health as teenagers and adults. Big shout out to our lead DA, Elizabeth Leon, at our Oswego Dental location for being their employee of the month!

She was voted employee of the month for her dedication to the office, making sure new staff are properly trained, patient rooms maintained, following OSHA guidelines and making sure inventory is done!

The in-office whitening procedure generally takes about 30-60 minutes and involves applying a bleaching agent to the front surfaces of your teeth. Patients can expect to whiten their teeth about 2-3 shades depending on the concentration of the bleaching agent that is applied. If you are interested in bleaching, it should be done around 1-2 weeks prior to completing any fillings that you may require as whitening only affects natural tooth structure and does not impact the shade of any fillings that you may have.
