This document outlines the terms and conditions under which Drs. Nevins Family Dentistry, PC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides communication services via 10DLC (10-digit long code) text messaging to our patients. By opting into this service, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility
Our 10DLC messaging service is available to patients who have provided consent to receive communications. By opting in, you confirm that you are 18 years or older or have the consent of a legal guardian.
3. Nature of Communications
Messages sent through our 10DLC service may include but are not limited to:
--Appointment confirmations and reminders
--Office updates or closures
--Treatment follow-ups
--Patient education
--Marketing or promotional offers (if consented to)
4. Consent to Receive Text Messages
By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive text messages from Drs. Nevins Family Dentistry, PC. You understand that message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
5. Opting Out
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message. Upon doing so, you will no longer receive communications via 10DLC unless you opt back in.
