Broken instrument into the canals. Patient have no discomfort nor any apical lesion.
Dentist do not want to restore until root canal was completed.
Unfortunately, we were unable to remove the broken files. However, we were able to bypass and seal the canals.

We retreated a previous root canal from Venezuela under a surgical microscope. We were able to remove the post to retreat. The apical lesion will regenerate new bone. Patient get to keep the tooth and crown and follow up in 6 months for healing. 😜
