Dentistry runs in the family! Visiting my sister, who is representing prosthodontics in the Midwest, while I am holding it down for endodontics in the South here in Atlanta. It is not often we end up at the same meeting, but it is always great when we do.

Always good to reconnect, catch up on the latest in dentistry, and see family in the profession.

Today, on Veterans Day, we take a moment to honor our fellow servicemen and women. Looking back on my time in the Navy, I’m reminded of the values and experiences that continue to shape who I am—both as a veteran and as an endodontist.

From serving my country to now serving my patients, I’m grateful for the journey and for the opportunity to make a difference in people’s lives each day.

To all veterans, thank you for your courage and commitment. Your sacrifices do not go unnoticed.

🌞 Started the morning with a fun and fulfilling 3K race, all in support of the Atlanta Beltline! 🏃‍♂️ Nothing like getting the day going with some positive energy, great people, and an awesome cause.

Had the chance to meet a few Atlanta Beltline supporters and track club members, including their cool mascot! Big thanks to the Atlanta Track Club for organizing and making this event possible. It's always great to come together for a healthy start and give back to our community.

Here's to many more runs and keeping the Beltline moving forward! 🏅

🌲🦷 Holiday spirit is in full swing! We had a fantastic time getting hands-on at a wreath making class. Bringing a little festive cheer back to the office, one wreath at a time! 🎀✨

5K race was a cold but incredible experience! ❄️🏃‍♀️

Despite the chilly morning, we powered through and crossed that finish line! 🏅 The cold air definitely added an extra challenge, but nothing compares to pushing limits—whether it’s out on the track or in the office. 💪🦷

Here’s to warm smiles and cold races! 😄✨
