Our dental office is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist / Insurance Coordinator to join our team! We’re searching for someone who is friendly, organized, and passionate about providing great patient care.

Responsibilities include:
• Greeting and checking in patients
• Answering phones and scheduling appointments
• Verifying dental insurance benefits
• Submitting and following up on insurance claims
• Assisting patients with billing and insurance questions
• Helping keep the front office running smoothly

Qualifications:
• Dental office experience preferred
• Knowledge of dental insurance and claims is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, dependable, and team-oriented
