راجعتنا المريضة (س) تبلغ من العمر أربعون عاما بشكوى ألم في منطقة الفك السفلي بعد عملية قلع أجرتها لدى طبيب آخر و بعد الفحص السريري تم طلب صورة أشعة للمنطقة و تبين وجود بقايا جذر للسن المقلوع سابقآ... تمت الموافقة على العملية من قبل المريضة و تم إجراء المداخلة الجراحية و استخراج القطعة المتبقية للجذر المكسور و إجراء خياطة للمنطقة بشكل جيد و إعطاء التعليمات المناسبة... و إبلاغ المريضة بضرورة التداخل على الضرسين المجاورين نتيجة علاج عصب خاطئ... بانتظار عودة المريضة للمراجعة و فك القطب و البدء بإعادة علاج عصب الضرسين المجاورين

The operation was approved by the patient, and the surgical intervention was performed, the remaining piece of the broken root was extracted, the area was sutured well, and the appropriate instructions were given... And inform the patient of the need to interfere on the two adjacent molars as a result of treating the wrong nerve ...
Waiting for the patient to return for review and removal of the electrode and start re-treatment of the nerve of the two neighboring molars

راجعنا مريض بشكوى ألم حاد على سن أمامي عقب سقوطه في المدرسة وهو يلعب مع أصدقائه
أثناء الفحص تبين ان الكسر وصل إلى منطقة الحجرة اللبية( العصب ) و أن هناك نزف نقطي و لكن مكان النزف كبير لدرجة انه لم نستطع تغطية بشكل نهائي
بعد التخدير للمنطقة تم إجراء استئصال اللب (العصب) و حشي القناة
و لان المنظر غير مستحب تم بناء السن باستخدام وتد تجميلي (فايبر بوست)
و تم الاهتمام بالناحية الجمالية قدر المستطاع
و لكن للأسف لم نستطع إجراء تلبيسة للسن لان عمر المريض كان 11 سنة
إذ تم إبلاغ الاهل بالمراقبة الشديدة للحالة وإعطاء المريض كافة التعليمات لان السن أمامي و حساس جداً و أنه يجب تلبيس السن بعد بلوغه السابعة عشر

And because the view is not desirable, the tooth was built using a cosmetic wedge (fiber post)
And attention was paid to the aesthetic aspect as much as possible
But unfortunately we could not perform a dental crown because the patient was 11 years old
The parents were informed of the strict monitoring of the case and giving the patient all instructions because the tooth is in front of me and very sensitive and that the tooth must be dressed after reaching seventeen

مريض يبلغ من العمر 11 سنة
راجعنا بشكوى ألم و حساسية عالية على الثنايا العلوية
تم إبلاغ الاهل انه من المحتمل ان يكون النخر عميقا لدرجة استئصال العصب
تم تجريف كامل النخر و الوصول لنقطة عميقة وتم التغطية بماءات الكالسيوم كيميائية التصلب
و تم إجراء حشوات ضوئية تجميلية على الثنايا العلوية
و وضع الاهل بصورة المراقبة في حال حدوث ألم غير محتمل مراجعتنا بأسرع وقت ممكن.... ولله الحمد بعد 3سنين من المتابعة الأمور كانت سليمة و لون الحشوات لم يتغير بسبب العناية و الالتزام بالنصائح عقب إجراء ماسبق...

Cosmetic light fillings were performed on the upper folds
And put the parents in the form of observation in the event of unbearable pain review us as soon as possible.... Praise be to God, after 3 years of follow-up, things were intact and the color of the fillings did not change due to the care and commitment to the advice after the above procedure...

مريضة في العقد الثاني تشكو من تصبغ ازرق و انحسار بقايا طعام بين الأسنان الامامية
بعد الفحص السريري تبين وجود نخر من الصنف الثالث بين سني
تم إزالة النخر وتغطية بسبب عمق النخر
وإجراء حشوة تجميلية Tetric N-ceram A2
