⚠️ PUBLIC NOTICE: BEWARE OF SPOOF CALLERS AND VOICE IMPERSONATION
It has come to our attention that unknown individuals may have recorded the voices of certain members of our staff and management team and may be using these recordings or AI-generated imitations of their voices for malicious or fraudulent activities online or over telephone calls.
“Spoof callers” are individuals who disguise their identity to make a call or message appear as though it is coming from a legitimate person, organisation or telephone number. They may also use recorded or artificially generated voices to impersonate someone you recognise.
Please remain vigilant. Our staff and management will never contact you unexpectedly to request:
❌ Money transfers or personal loans
❌ Credit card or banking information
❌ Passwords, PINs or one-time passwords (OTPs)
❌ Singpass credentials
❌ Payment to an individual’s personal bank account
❌ The installation of unfamiliar applications or software
❌ Confidential patient, employee or company information
Even if a caller sounds exactly like someone from our organisation, please do not assume that the call is genuine. End the call and verify the request separately through our official telephone number, website or verified social-media accounts.
If you receive a suspicious call, voice message or online communication claiming to represent our organisation or any member of our team:
1. Do not provide any information, click any links or make any payment.
2. End the conversation immediately.
3. Take screenshots and record the caller’s number, username, date and time.
4. Contact us through our official channels so we can verify the communication.
5. Report suspected fraudulent activity to the relevant authorities or platform.
6. If you have already transferred money or disclosed banking information, contact your bank and the police immediately.
Please note that a displayed telephone number or familiar-sounding voice is not, by itself, proof of the caller’s identity.
We are taking this matter seriously and have made the appropriate reports.
Thank you for remaining vigilant with us.
