We proudly present Advanced Restorative Course 2026 (ARC), and we are excited to have the amazing prosthodontist-technician duo, Prof Irena Sailer and Mr Vincent Fehmer, to expound on the modern and progressive approaches ranging from simple to full-arch treatment modalities for both tooth-borne and edentulous cases.

In addition to the conference, we will also be holding a workshop focusing on mastering the clinician-technician synergy, where participants can experience exclusive insights on the clinic-lab collaboration for complex prosthodontic cases with the latest digital tools. And yes, we will be bringing these toys for your testing pleasure.

Happy 2025 Fellow PSS members!

On 4 Jan 2025, PSS gathered with both young and experienced dentists to celebrate the achievements of our society with our annual social night at the Penang Place, Suntec! We're glad to have Dean, Faculty of Dentistry, Prof Chris Peck to join us and inspire us to pursue excellence in the years ahead!

The society had a very successful CDE lecture last night. We would like to thank prosthodontic residents Dr. Sonia Lee and Dr. Eunice Lua for delivering such brilliant lectures that kept us all on our screens. The meeting could not be made possible without our hardworking moderator and Exco committee members. For those of you who have missed the lecture, we are sorry that we do not have a recording of it but we are certain that you will hear more from these ladies in future!

The PSS together with Dentsply Sirona hosted a hands-on course on scanning and milling of zirconia crowns. Enforcing safe distancing restrictions, our participants had the opportunity to scan a tooth preparation on the Cerec prime scan, design , mill and stain a zirconia crown. We ended the day with hybrid lectures delivered by our past presidents Dr. Tan Ying Han and Dr. Neo Tee Khin on zirconia crowns. We thank our sponsors Dentsply Sirona, speakers and participants for making the event possible.
