Most of our dentists have travelled to impoverished regions to help villagers relieve pain caused by dental problems. We believe in charging reasonable prices but we do not compromise on service.

🌍💚 World Humanitarian Day 2026

As we celebrate our 30th anniversary, we’re proud to commemorate World Humanitarian Day by sharing a glimpse of our most recent humanitarian mission in Namibia, from 25 July to 2 August 2026.

For the past 30 years, our founder, Dr Au Eong, and the Greenlife family have been committed to giving back through humanitarian and volunteer work. From providing dental care to sharing meaningful moments with the communities we meet, these experiences remind us that care goes beyond the clinic. 🦷🤍

From our latest mission, we’re especially grateful for the friendships, smiles and unforgettable moments shared along the way, including a truly touching moment where Dr Au Eong played the piano while the children from the Amitofo Care Center (ACC) sang “可爱的玫瑰花” by 凤飞飞🌹🎹✨ Their voices and music filled the room with warmth, joy, and hope.

30 years of caring. 30 years of giving back. And we look forward to continuing this journey for many more years to come.

🦷 Are dental implants better than dentures or bridges?

🦷 Just had your wisdom tooth removed? Proper aftercare plays an important role in supporting your recovery.

Here are some key reminders after your wisdom tooth extraction:

✔️ Bite firmly on the gauze as instructed to help control bleeding.
🧊 Apply an ice pack for the first 48 hours (20 minutes on, 20 minutes off) to help reduce swelling.
🚭 Avoid smoking, using straws, excessive rinsing, or spitting during the initial healing period, as these may interfere with healing.
🥣 Stick to soft foods for the first few days and avoid hard or crunchy foods.
(toothbrush emoji) Keep your mouth clean by using the prescribed antiseptic mouthwash as directed and continue brushing gently around the surgical area.
😴 Sleep with your head slightly elevated during the first few nights to help minimise swelling.

🦷 When is the best age to remove your wisdom tooth?

The answer isn’t simply based on your age.

While wisdom teeth usually erupt between the ages 17 and 25, not everyone needs them removed. The decision depends on factors such as whether they’re causing pain or infection, are difficult to clean, or may affect neighbouring teeth.

If your wisdom teeth are healthy, functional, and easy to clean, they may not need to be removed.
