Case Report: Endodontic Retreatment

✅️ Chief Complaint & Presentation: The patient presented with discomfort and moderate pain during mastication (chewing) associated with a root canal treatment performed many years ago.

✅️ Informed Consent: The patient consented to undergoing endodontic retreatment with the aid of a dental microscope.

✅️ Procedure: The retreatment was completed successfully in a single session. The protocols included the application of bioceramic materials and warm vertical compaction (warm obturation) of the root canals.

✅️Post-Operative Outcome: The patient experienced no post-operative pain or clinical symptoms following the root canal treatment.
The tooth was successfully preserved, completely eliminating the need for extraction.

✅️ Endodontics
