I am incredibly grateful for the continued trust from the patients I have treated, their word-of-mouth recommendation, as well as from the colleagues who refer their patients to me.

Endodontics is a demanding, meticulous, and challenging specialty that requires your full attention, focus, and ingenuity every day. It is a specialty that, in many ways, chose me rather than the other way around.

I am equally grateful to those who have mentored and inspired me throughout this journey, whether through courses, teaching, or simple words of advice.

In the summer of 2014, shortly after graduating from dental school, I was in Bucharest at the office of Dr. Sergiu Nicola while a friend of mine was undergoing root canal treatment. Standing there, I remember thinking: “I think this is what I want to do.”

1.7 single visit with limited mouth opening and TMJ problems and multiple breaks. I tried to be as fast as I could. I'm not a big fan of endodontic treatments for prosthetic purposes, but in this case the solution was a bridge with 1.7 as a distal abutment.
Rotary system used V-Taper SS WHITE.

Case of the week for me. Tooth no. 4.1

Negative to cold test, discoloured tooth, apical resorption, absence of pulp chamber, asymptomatic.

Difficult case, but manageable.
2 sessions.
Wouldn't do internal bleaching mostly because of the apical resorption. Would you do internal bleaching in cases like this?
