إطالة تيجان الأسنان جراحيًا مع نحت البروز العظمي في الفك العلوي لعلاج الابتسامة اللثوية.
زارتنا المراجعة في العيادة ، كانت شكواها الرئيسية من الابتسامة اللثوية وجسر البورسلان القديم وازرقاق اللثة حوله والنتيجة الجمالية الغير مرضية.
يمكن أن يؤدي وجود البروزات العظمية في الفك العلوي إلى زيادة بروز اللثة، مما يسبب ارتفاع الشفة العلوية بشكل أكبر أثناء الابتسام، وهو ما يفسر ظهور اللثة رقيقة ورفيعة قبل الجراحة وتغير حجمها بعد الجراحة وامتلائها أكثر.
تم إجراء إطالة تيجان الأسنان الثمانية العلوية جراحياً مع نحت وتصحيح البروزات العظمية، تلا ذلك إعادة علاج قنوات الجذور للأسنان الأمامية وبنائها .
وأخيرًا، وبعد اكتمال شفاء الأنسجة اللثوية، تم استكمال علاج تيجان وقشور الايماكس 🤍🌸
