History:
The patient reports a congenital condition characterized by defective enamel formation. According to history, multiple family members may also be affected (suggestive of hereditary pattern). The enamel appears thin, hypoplastic, discolored (yellow to brown), and shows increased wear.
Clinical Findings (if applicable):
• Enamel is soft and easily abraded.
• Teeth show irregular surfaces and possible sensitivity.
• Esthetic concerns due to discoloration and shape deformities.
Diagnosis: Amelogenesis imperfecta.
