Patient walked in with severe pain in lower right region. On radiographic and clinical examination we noticed 2 BDRs and 1 carious tooth. Patient was told about all the treatment options, but ultimately he wanted to get all teeth extracted due to financial reasons.
Closed atraumatic extraction was performed under local anaesthesia.

A patient aged 65 came in to our facility with a pain in his lower jaw (right side)
On examination and taking necessary radiographs we found out a faulty restoration. The restoration was removed and a root canal procedure was performed. Patients symptoms were relieved!
