If your gums bleed when you brush, it may be linked to plaque buildup, gum inflammation, brushing too aggressively, or early gum disease such as gingivitis.
The important thing is not to stop brushing.
Use a soft toothbrush, brush gently along the gumline, clean between your teeth daily, and have your gums checked if the bleeding keeps coming back.
Persistent bleeding, swelling, tenderness, bad breath or gum recession can all be signs that your gums need professional attention.
At Sci Art Dentistry, DHA Phase 8 Lahore, we provide gum assessment and periodontal care to help identify the cause and plan the right treatment.
