Pt presented with severe pain in
Upper Right Central Incisor (11) & a failed RCT

History-
Pt had history of trauma on his permanent upper Right Central Incisor, leading to incomplete apexification of Root apex.

Previously the pt has undergone RCT that failed and led to extrusion of GP.

Treatment : nonsurgical RCT meticulously followed by apicectomy, with MTA and completed the procedure.
The followup radiograph shows healing,
regression of lesion/radiolucency,and successful closure of root apex.
