This patient came to my clinic with a complain of pain in the lower right side since past few weeks which was radiating to head ear and even neck region along with swelling. On a clinical examination it turns out to be completely impacted and on OPG HORIZONTAL IMPACTION was seen. So we advised the pt for a SURGICAL EXTRACTION.
