For us and a facilitation to our patient who was abroad and had lapse in our bridge which was given during her recent visit to Pakistan.

Long story short ....

The patient went back to U.S after getting her posterior quadrants rehab done in Pakistan. One of the bridge decemented and it's last molar was chipped. They couriered the broken restoration to us, after an online consultation it was decided to redo the last molar as a separate unit and adjust the contacts of the existing bridge accordingly.

We had her digital intra oral scans in our database ➡️ 3d printed her upper & lower models ➡️ Fabricated her new tooth ➡️ Did the necessary adjustments ➡️ couriered the restorations ➡️ Her dentist in U.S bonded her old and new restorations.

Modern technology and digital solutions are not adopted only for keeping up with the market trends and but in not so common situations like this, are actually a blessing for the operator and the patient.

We were surely upset about the inconvenience it caused our patient but were also satisfied in the end that the same workplace provided her the solution to the problem.

Sorry , the story was not short. 🫢
